We are happy to share with you the news that we have successfully obtained all the permits, including the construction permit, and that the construction of four luxury villas in the small Istrian town Peroj will begin soon.
Construction according to the plan will start immediately after the end of the tourist season, that is in September 2023.
We expect the completion of the construction by the end of July 2024, so that the future owners can already enjoy the view and sunny days during the summer season next year.
