A long tradition
Luxury Istrian House d.o.o.is the company founded by an association of private investors who have been engaged in the construction of residential buildings, construction activities and the installation of all forms of energy for many years.
We believe that the experience gained in construction gives us many benefits as well as a clear picture of what to offer today’s potential buyers or investors to be fully satisfied with the work performed as well as our technological solutions.
The company has been operating since 2022 and is currently focused exclusively on investments in Istria. We have recognized Istria as a region that is extremely well-organized, attractive for tourism due to its diverse offer, well-connected in terms of traffic and we believe that it can fit into all our future ideas and new projects.
Our goal
By planning and building the Peroj project, we believe that our goal has only just begun. We want to build a company with quality and reliability and the trust of customers that will focus on further investments in Istria and respond to the needs of potential customers from our homeland and from the rest of the world.
