BRICK AND CONCRETE
The villas will be built with classic construction using bricks and concrete, which are also excellent heat insulators.
CLADDING AND FACADE
As for the cladding, the outside of each villa is lined with travertine stone, and the facades will be made classically with styrofoam. The color of the facade is beige.
INTERIOR
The villas are designed to the level of high roh bau construction. In this way, we want to enable future owners to design their own interior according to personal preferences. Also, our team of designers is always ready to take on that job, if we reach such an agreement.
CARPENTRY
ALU carpentry with 6 chambers and three-layer glass is installed on each of the villas.
HEATING AND COOLING
Each villa has its own heating, cooling and domestic hot water system via heat pumps and air conditioners from the top Japanese manufacturer MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES.
Heating of each room of the villa is provided by an underfloor heating system, while cooling of each room is provided by a multisplit air conditioner.
